About the published SMS terms
ATOC’s published SMS Terms & Conditions, effective January 1, 2024, apply to people who voluntarily opt in to text messages. Messages may concern inquiries, service requests, work orders, appointments, service updates, account matters and work-related communications. Content and frequency depend on your interactions with ATOC.
Message and data charges may apply under your mobile plan. Participation is voluntary, and consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
Help and opting out
Reply STOP to leave the applicable messaging program; the full terms explain confirmation messages and applicable exceptions. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact ATOC through its website. The full terms also explain how the Privacy Policy applies and how updates are published.
